Yarn Over, Knit Two Together on a Knitting Loom
YO K2tog is for short hand for yarn over, knit two together. You will find it on many lacy patterns including some of my own.
It may sound intimidating but it is actually very easy. Let me show you the technique using pictures, words and of course, a video tutorial.
Supplies Used on the Video
The stitch pattern on the above feature picture is the Faggot Stitch. I did not name this stitch nor am I trying to be rude. The name comes from a 13th century term which means a bundle of twigs. I totally love this simple lace stitch. It is very easy to do but can be a bit tricky. There are multiple versions with slight variations of the same stitch but this one is the easiest to do and everyone knows that I’m a sucker for easy to do stitch patterns.
Make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and this website so that you don’t miss the tutorial.

Yo K2tog Step 1-4
This technique is worked over 2 pegs. Both should have loops.
Step 1: Move the loop from the peg on the left to the one on the right.
Step 2: Yarn over the peg on the left. Place working yarn flat, in front of the peg or do an e-Wrap stitch.
Step 3: Place a third loop on the peg on the right side.
Step 4. On the peg on the right, knit-off two loops together .
Video Tutorial for the YO K2tog
The video is less than 4 minutes long but this short video will take you step by step on how to do this technique.

Big Big Hugs Lisa – many prayers for you endeavors – soooooo awesome – a doctorate !
I am a patreon and cannot open Tiny Chicks instructions. Help
Hi Maria – thanks soooooo much for being a Patron – I emailed the pattern to you but here is a link with instruction for how to download pattern on the Patreon website: How to Use Patreon: Click HERE
I do not have a kindle for your ebook. I am a Patreon. Any suggestions?
HI Maria,
Patrons get a 7 stitch book free – I resent that one. You don’t need a Kindle if you purchase the 10 stitch book from Etsy – You can just download it to your personal computer.
Thanks Denise, ssk makes perfect sense now! Love the project your working on ?
Thank YOU Teresa – stay tuned for the stitch pattern.
