Loom Knit Granite Stitch Easy and Reversible
The Granite stitch is super easy, reversible and never curls. So many great features in a stitch that only uses a knit and a purl. For those that don’t understand what it means for a stitch to be completely reversible, that means that both sides look the same. That’s what you’re looking for when you’re knitting a blanket, scarf or skirt.
Keep in mind that for my swatch, I used the Uwrap version of the knit stitch, a 5/8 large gauge and a single strand of worsted weight yarn. But this stitch will work just as well on a smaill gauge. If you prefer to use the eWrap version of the knit stitch you will have to use a small gauge loom or with a large gauge loom you will need to use two strands. Otherwise, the stitch is very likely to not work well.
As always, there’s a step by step video tutorial. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to watch that video.
