Loom Knit Sleepy Lamb Lovey Blanket
A lovey blanket is a great gift for a baby shower or new baby’s room. But I do think it’s more appropriate for toddler. Either way it was fun to make and it’s super cute.
It took me some time to decide on the toy. My first try was with a tiny doll. But I picked the sheep because they remind me of soft wool and comfortable beds. I guess I’ve been brainwashed by the commercials.
This project did take me a long time to complete. The stitch pattern has a lot of yarn overs but I believe it’s worth the time. Also take into consideration that this is not a beginner friendly project but if you’re brave then dive in. It can’t hurt to stretch your loom knitting skills.

Hi
Do you have a pattern for a round loomed meshy market bag? Or a suggestion on starting one and stitches to use.
Jan
I have a meshy bag done on a round loom but you knit flat: Click HERE Hope that helps
Denise
Not quite. More of a mesh bag like you see all over. Thanks anyway.
The crochet stitch you use is a half double crochet. Start by joining the yarn, chaining 1, then half double crochet (hdc) around to first chain (ch) stitch, join to the ch st and finish off. I can’t wait to make this.
Thank YOU Annmarie !!! 🙂
