Loom Knit Lacy Stitch Spring Shrug
The loom knit Spring Shrug is easy to make. You can finish the project in a few hours with about 100 yards of yarn. I love the lacy stitch which works with any yarn thickness. I made with worsted weight yarn but you can use finger weight or even chunky.
The video will show you how to knit the small and larger version. Make sure you stay until the last part. The written pattern will include a version for the 41-peg loom.

Hi there! I watched the video carefully, made my transcription of the instructions and then went to look for the written pattern for the 41 peg loom as you said in the very end of the video. I can’t find it anywhere! Could you point me to the right direction? XOXO
Hi Karen,
The 41 peg version is in the written pattern: Click HERE
This is great but do you have any tutorials on loom knitting a basic tank top? I can’t find anything on youtube.

Hi Denise,
I love this shrug. I plan on using a smaller gauge loom….is the row count the same?
Thanks
Hi Kelli – it will take more rows on a small gauge. You will have to measure as you knit.
I love this!! I intend to make it as a sort of prayer shawl for my aunt. She lives in Australia but is coming to the UK for a rare visit soon and I would love to give her something like this to take home. Might add some beading to the edges.
Thank you for another wonderful video and pattern Denise – you explain everything in such a wonderfully understandable way and your voice is full of joy. I love learning from you. Will upload a photo to the Facebook page when I get one done.
Thanks again and many blessings xx
That would be AWESOME Ann. I enjoy your pictures on FB
