Loom Knit the Wheat Lace Stitch
The Wheat Lace is another stitch in my collection of lace and eyelet stitches done on a large gauge loom. Because I used that loom the middle of the two eyelets is large and loose. I happen to like it that way but I also wanted to share with you the original look of the stitch and so there are 2 versions of the stitch in the written pattern and the video.
One con about this beauty is that it curls on the ends and requires blocking. I prefer steam blocking the fabric. To see how I do this, click HERE.

The Wheat Lace Stitch Video
Make sure to watch the video completely before starting any project. The video will start with the basic pattern which creates the large lacy version. For the traditional version stay til the end of the video to learn how to close the middle loop. It is super easy to make the change on the fabric.
